Can I buy or cash out Gold Coins?

No. Gold Coins are play money. They cannot be bought with real money or cashed out.

I subscribed to Remove ads. How do I get it on a new phone?

Sign in to the same Rich World account, then open Settings → Remove ads and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. Remove ads never includes Gold Coins; rewarded ads stay available. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

How do I cancel Remove ads?

In Settings → Remove ads tap Manage subscription, or open your subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play. Ads stay off until the end of the period you paid for.

Are the Ludo dice fair?

How do I play someone?

Open Play, choose a game, and tap Find opponent to see players waiting, or Create game to open your own. You choose your stake; the player who opened the game accepts who they play.

My stake was taken but the game did not start.

Stakes are held while you wait. If your request is declined, not answered within 5 minutes, or the game is cancelled, your stake comes back automatically. Your Wallet shows every entry.

Why can't I send Gold Coins yet?

New accounts can send GC after their first 3 days. The Send GC screen shows a countdown.

What are bonus GC?

GC you earn by watching an ad, including season pass bonus rewards. They are yours to spend on businesses and cosmetics, and are spent first there, but they cannot be sent to other players or staked in matches, competitions or tournaments. Your wallet shows how many you have.

Why did a game earn no Gold Coins?

You may have reached today's earning limit, or your country's treasury may have paid out this hour's share. If our checks thought a round was implausible, it earns nothing.

How do I report a player?

Tap their name on the Rich List and choose Report or Block.
